Synopsis

Today we bring to you Anmol Ratna from the romantic drama ‘Jab Jab Phool Khile’ ( 1965) that later inspired one of the biggest all time box office hits ‘Raja Hindustani’ (1996). The superhit songs of ‘Jab Jab Phool Khile’ starring Shashi Kapoor and Nanda in lead roles had lyrics by Anand Bakshi and music by Kalyanji Anandji. Being in their initial phase of career, famous music composers Laxmikant-Pyarelal were assistants to Kalyanji-Anandji for this film. The songs were written and composed with such finesse that they become a part of movie’s story telling technique.
